We are in the early trial phases of developing a way to predict exact muscle growth from diet & exercise. We will share a sneak peek into the results of one of our recent test cases.

In our first stage of testing, our goal is to see how rapidly we can induce muscle growth in a very short period of time. We hope to establish a baseline for what is possible on the upper limits of rapid muscle growth.

Our initial results are promising; with the foundation of our LugaFit technology, we induced 2cm of targeted muscle growth in the test case's bicep over 10 days.

Without the use of steroids or other performance-enhancing drugs, utilizing only diet and exercise. This is an unprecedented achievement in sports science and nutrition.

Throughout the trial, we meticulously monitored the subject’s bicep growth daily. Additionally, during the trial, they utilized our LugaFit Platform to accurately predict the calories burned per exercise repetition. The LugaFit platform showed them the optimal protein and calorie intake to ensure that their calorie surplus was an exact match to the protein calories they consumed.

This ensured that the test case didn't accumulate fat during the muscle-building process and maintained the perfect intake and stimulation for optimal muscle growth.

Post-trial measurements confirmed that the increase in bicep size was not due to temporary swelling but represented genuine muscle growth. This sustained increase underscores the potential of our technology to facilitate controlled, predictable muscle development.

This marks an exciting breakthrough that brings us one step closer to making it possible to predict muscle growth.

However, there are some early signs of concern about providing a means to induce rapid muscle growth. Our study has highlighted one negative effect.

Our test case developed stretch marks due to rapid growth, as the skin was unable to keep pace with the muscle growth. Further testing is needed to assess the long-term effects of such rapid growth; however, there do not appear to be any negative health effects, as the process involves only the science of nutrition and exercise without any drugs or substances involved in the process.

With this in mind, before we break down the regimen followed by the test case, we want to caution against attempting to replicate the results without professional guidance.

Metrics tracked during the trial:

  • Calories, protein, fat & carbohydrate intake.

  • Vitamins, Minerals, Fatty acids, Amino Acids intake.

  • Biceps size measured 3 times daily (Morning, pre-exercise & post-exercise)

  • Exercise repetitions and calories burned.

Diet during the 10-day trial:

  • The test case had one main diet goal which was to make sure at the end of the day they were in a calorie surplus that was equal to the protein calories they consumed. However, they had to consume double the surplus in fat and carbohydrates and use those calories as their training allowance.

  • The vitamins, minerals, fatty acids, and amino acids consumed each day during the trial met 100% of the test case's daily requirements.

  • The main food products consumed daily during the trial included chicken, beef, pork, fish, eggs, and cheese. The test case consumed various amounts of each of these foods daily using the nutrition system on the LugaFit platform to ensure 100% on all nutrients.

Exercise during the 10-day trial:

  • The test case was only allowed to burn the calories based on their training allowance, which was the excess calories in their surplus coming from fats & carbohydrates.

  • They were only allowed to use 3 exercises to burn their training allowance: pull-ups, push-ups & bicep curls.

This process, combined with our current weight loss & gain algorithms, is what has made it possible to achieve these unprecedented results. In our next phase of testing, we will be looking at subjects following this blueprint combined with dexa scans, blood work, and genetic factors measured. We will also test with subjects that are both new to training and subjects with already large developed muscle mass to compare effects at different stages of performance.

We are still in the early stages, but we are confident that with further testing, we will be able to refine and establish an exact algorithm to predict muscle growth, as we have done with weight loss and weight gain.

It won't be easy, it may take years of further research, but we have proven it is possible!
